Know the lie of the land. CCMS are able to undertake a survey of your property or land to a specification to meet your requirements.

For smaller properties, we still like to use pen/paper/DISTO (a cool laser measuring device that has replaced the humble tape measure). It’s the quickest approach and is suitable for most residential surveys. If your property is larger, we can get techy and offer a drone or laser measure service.

With the measurements secured, we can then produce CAD models or drawings from that data to support your project.
